Selection

Choose any item of clothing using the navigation found at the top of the page. If you need some help and advice selecting the correct clothing please give us a call free on 0800 610 1214 (lines open 9am-5pm Mon-Fri). Your call will be answered directly by a real, friendly and knowledgeable agent who will be happy to help and advise you. Alternatively you may wish to contact us here via email.

If you need to see samples for quality and sizing that can be arranged. We invoice all samples and the charges are credited in full on return of the clothing in the original packaging and good condition within 14 days.

Artwork

Send us your artwork or design by email in jpeg, or PDF format. We will then email you an estimate for any clothing, Design work and carriage without obligation. If you already have your artwork digitized you can send us the file and we can check whether our ".emb" file is suitable.

We will be pleased to advise you on the suitability of your Design for Embroidery. We will not attempt to reproduce a Design unless we believe it will result in a clear logo representative of the original artwork.

Your Order

You can place your order online by Email, Telephone or Post. Whichever suits you. Our office is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and we are always happy to assist during these hours.

Payment can then be made online, by Cheque, Credit Card over the phone or by Bacs transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Design Plus. We will start the embroidery process once the Invoice is paid. Postage & Packing is £7.95 for orders below £350.


Design Approval

We will email you a Proof of the Design for approval in the colours as close as we can get to your artwork. Please check all spelling carefully. For accurate colour matching to our embroidery threads please supply Pantone colour references for each colour in the Design.

No embroidery will be started until you are fully satisfied with the Design and have signed off the Proof by way of return email.


Production

Once you have approved the Design and the Invoice is paid we will begin Production for you.
Our normal lead time is 10-14 days and when the goods are ready they are sent on a next day Courier service. The goods will need to be signed for and it is important that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for them.
