Printing
There are many Printing methods available to us In House, to give you the best results for your particular needs and the type of garments you are considering. We have many years experience in the Industry and are able to advise you of the most suitable method for your particular Design and end use. We have nothing to gain by advising you in a particular direction because we are skilled in all of the available methods of Printing or indeed Embroidery. Our only concern is to get the best job we can for you so you are happy to recommend us and come back with ongoing business. The various options are described below. Some of our Print Proofs can be seen below along with some of the machinery used in the various processes.
Traditional Screen Printing
This is ideal for larger quantities 100 upwards and for up to 4 colours.
Screen Set Up Charges apply.
Heat Transfer Screen Printing
Results in brighter, bolder colours, and sharper, smoother image definition.
Additionally, transfer printing is highly accurate. Transfer printing is a two step method, Screen Printing the Transfer and then applying the Tranfer to the clothing. This allows the checking and correction of the prints at every stage. This method is suitable for smaller or larger quantities.

Heat Cut Transfer Printing
Is most suitable for smaller quantities up to 50 and in single colour, two colours can occasionally be used. If you think about the name and numbers on the back of a football shirt they are cut by machine from vinyl material and applied by a heat transfer press. We use this method a lot for putting web addresses, company names or individual names and numbers on the Back or Front of clothing.
The Design or Text is permanently applied onto the garment and is very durable. On most fabrics it can be washed up to 60 degrees and above.
There are usually no ‘Set-Up’ charges with this method.
