SELECTION.
Select the clothing category from the
menu bar on the left hand side of the Online Brochure. You can then select from the sub categories by clicking on
any one of the images.
If you then click on the small photograph of your chosen garment
a page will open with a larger image and with all the
clothing sizes, colour details and prices on. If you need the product details to take to a meeting click
the Print Icon.

If you need to see samples for quality and sizing that can be arranged. We invoice all samples and the charges
are credited in full on return of the clothing in the original
packaging and good condition within 14 days.
ARTWORK
Send us your artwork
or design by email in jpeg, or PDF format. We will then email you an estimate for any clothing, Design work and carriage without obligation.
We will be pleased
to advise you on the suitability of your Design for Embroidery.
We will not attempt to reproduce a Design unless we believe
it will result in a high quality Embroidery.
YOUR ORDER
You can place your order by Email, Telephone or Post or via our online shop.
Payment can then be made by Cheque, Credit Card over the phone or by Bacs through your Bank. Cheques should be made payable to Design Plus. We will start to Embroider the garments once the Invoice is paid. Postage & Packing is £7.95 for orders below £350
DESIGN APPROVAL
We will email you a Proof of the Design for approval in the colours as close as we can get to your artwork. Please check all spelling carefully. For accurate colour matching to our embroidery threads please supply Pantone colour references if possible, for each colour in the Design.
No embriodery will be started until you are fully satisfied with the Design and have signed off the Proof by way of return email.
PRODUCTION.
Once you have approved the Design and
the Invoice is paid we will begin Production for you.
Our normal lead time is 7/10 working days and when the goods
are ready they are sent on a next day Courier service. The
goods will need to be signed for and it is important that
someone is available at the delivery address to sign for them.
